Registration fees

Registration is free for all accepted participants, attending online or in-person (the second part).

Attending in person

Information about accommodation in university dorms and recommended hotels was sent out to participants by email.

Lunch meals and refreshments during coffee breaks will be provided.

We will not be able to provide full catering or travel grants.

Because of the ongoing pandemic, the number of places for in-person attendance is limited.
