Registration

Participation at the event is subject to selection. Please check the Application page for details on how to apply. 

Registration will open in May 2025 for accepted participants.

Registration fees

• Students (PhD, master, undergrad, high school): 100 EUR

• Postdoc / faculty: 150 EUR

• Industry: 400 EUR. Note that the selection process is very competitive (acceptance rate < 30%) and prioritises students to some extent. To secure places for industry, companies should also consider the sponsorship option. Please contact the organisers at contact at eeml dot eu for sponsorship details.

The fees will cover lectures/lab sessions, breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches, dinners (except 1 evening), and social events.

Accommodation and travel costs are not covered. 

Accommodation in university dorms will be available at discounted price for all participants, more details coming soon.

A number of scholarships will be offered to participants based on financial considerations. The scholarship request must be included in the application. Please check the Application page for details. If approved, the scholarship will waive the registration fee and could cover fully or partially the travel expenses. If accommodation is needed as well, it will be offered in the university dorm booked for the school.
